By using this website, submitting a form, requesting information, or communicating with Delv Global through the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

1. Who Delv Global is

Delv Global LLC is a Texas-based talent sourcing and placement partner for companies hiring remote professionals from Latin America.

The website may describe Delv Global services, including curated shortlists, candidate profiles, video introductions, async interview workflows, identity verification when included in a workflow, Direct Hire, Talent Match, and optional HR Support and Payroll-related administrative support. Website descriptions are general information only and do not create a service contract by themselves.

2. Separate client agreements

Actual client engagements are governed by a separately signed Master Service Agreement and the applicable Service Order, proposal, invoice, or other written agreement accepted by Delv Global and the client.

Delv Global does not begin a Direct Hire search until the required agreement is signed and the required deposit or payment has been received, unless Delv Global agrees otherwise in writing.

Each Service Order may describe the specific role, candidate or hire information, compensation, fees, timeline, service type, replacement terms, and other engagement details. If a signed agreement conflicts with these website Terms, the signed agreement controls for that client engagement.

3. Website information is not a guarantee

Website content is provided for general informational purposes. It may describe services, process, timing, pricing, candidate presentation, market coverage, or hiring support at a high level, but it does not guarantee availability, pricing, delivery timing, candidate fit, hiring outcomes, replacement terms, or business results.

Service terms, fees, deposits, refunds, non-circumvention obligations, replacement guarantees, cancellation rights, and client responsibilities are governed by the applicable signed agreement, not by general website copy.

4. Who may use the website

You must be at least 18 years old to use this website or submit information through Delv Global forms. If you use the website on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to act for that company or organization.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the website to:

• Submit false, misleading, unlawful, or harmful information.
• Interfere with, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or compromise the website.
• Upload malware, harmful code, spam, or content that violates third-party rights.

Submitting a form does not require Delv Global to accept a client, present a candidate, offer a role, begin a search, or provide services.

Delv Global's collection, use, sharing, and retention of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. For visitors and users located in jurisdictions with specific privacy rights, additional rights may apply as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Third-party links and tools

The website may link to or integrate with third-party tools, including scheduling tools, forms, payment tools, portals, analytics services, video tools, identity verification providers, social platforms, and other services.

10. Optional HR Support and Payroll-related support

Delv Global may offer optional HR Support and Payroll-related administrative support for clients managing contractor engagements. Terms, pricing, cancellation, scope, and responsibilities are governed by the applicable signed agreement.

The website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Delv Global does not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, current, or free from harmful components.

Delv Global does not provide legal, tax, immigration, accounting, financial, background-check, or employment-classification advice through the website. You should consult your own advisors before making decisions based on website content.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Delv Global's total liability for claims arising from website use is limited to $100 or the amount you paid Delv Global for website access, whichever is greater. This limitation does not override any separate signed agreement that expressly provides a different liability limit for a specific client engagement.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Delv Global LLC, its owners, team members, contractors, affiliates, and partners from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the website, violation of these Terms, violation of law, or false or misleading information you submit.

14. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Before initiating a court proceeding related to these Terms or website use, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation for 30 days. If unresolved, either party may pursue mediation through a mutually agreed mediator in Dallas County, Texas, unless emergency relief or another process is required by law.

Any court proceeding arising from or related to these Terms or the website must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

15. English language

These Terms are provided in English. If these Terms are translated, the English version controls to the fullest extent permitted by law.

16. Changes to these Terms

Delv Global may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows when the Terms were last revised. Your continued use of the website after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
